Clinic Fees

The Gaudiani Clinic operates under a hybrid concierge model meaning that we have an annual membership fee to be a member of the clinic and then a separate fee for follow-up sessions. Prior to committing to membership, we offer an expert consultation that can either be used as a one-time evaluation and exam or an initial step to determining if membership at the Gaudiani Clinic is the best option.

The fee for this expert consultation, which includes a thorough medical record review, calls with team members (if applicable), and a written assessment and plan, is as follows:

Dr. Lischke: $2,000/2-hour expert consultation
Dr. Das: $2,000/2-hour expert consultation
Dr. Robbins: $2,000/2-hour expert consultation
Dr. Gaudiani: $3,000/2-hour expert consultation

If a patient chooses to join as a member, the annual membership fee is $4,000 for Drs. Robbins/Lischke/Das, and $6,000 for Dr. Gaudiani. The fee from the expert consultation does apply toward the annual membership fee.

Follow-up session fees are as follows:

Dr. Lischke: $200/25 min. session
Dr. Das: $200/25 min. session
Dr. Robbins: $200/25 min. session
Dr. Gaudiani: $300/25 min. session

In-person follow-up sessions include EKGs, urinalysis, glucose testing, and vitals evaluation when medically indicated. We do not offer a discount for virtual expert consultations or follow-up sessions.

Please note: we are not Medicaid-contracted providers and are unable to work with individuals with active Medicaid policies at any point during membership.

The Gaudiani Clinic offers multiple need-based discounted care spots periodically throughout the year. We are unfortunately not able to offer discounted care to individuals with Medicaid as primary or secondary payer source.
