[Dr. Robbins] Every interaction I’ve had thus far with the Gaudiani Clinic has been full of compassion, understanding, and expertise. Contacting the clinic from my experience with a significant amount of medical and treatment trauma was a really scary step, but my only regret is not reaching out sooner. I had a lot of questions, concerns, and hesitations but from my very first call with Krista in intake, my communications with Abby and Camille, and ultimately my experience with Dr. Robbins for my expert consultation, I was continuously put at ease and I felt that there was nothing that they hadn’t heard or seen before. I have received prompt, thorough, and clear communication from the clinic throughout this process.

It took less than two minutes into my appointment for me to feel comfortable talking with Dr. Robbins. As I am sure is the case with most of the patients at this clinic, my history and case is very complex and it is very difficult to share all of that in one appointment (even if it is 2 hours), but I still felt like Dr. Robbins was very intentional about understanding what my journey has been, how things currently look, and my goals for the future. I think it still really only gave a brief snapshot, but because she was so understanding, I do feel like it was a really good starting point to hopefully moving forward with my care. I felt that she was/is very prepared to manage my medical care and was willing to meet me with where I am at and how that aligns with my goals. I put a lot of trust in my other outpatient providers and they, too, expressed how impressed they were with the follow up communications with Dr. Robbins, the compassion that was exuded in their conversations, and how they felt Dr. Robbins was a great fit for me. I am still so incredibly fearful moving forward (because of my history, not due to anything from the clinic), but I am so hopeful and grateful for the opportunity to work with Dr. Robbins.
